Shipping time refers to the period after your order has been dispatched:

  • Expedited Shipping: 5–7 business days

3. Total Estimated Delivery Time

Total delivery time includes both processing and shipping:

  • Standard Delivery: 8–18 business days
  • Expedited Delivery: 6–10 business days

📍 We do not ship to PO Boxes. A valid residential or business address is required.


4. Shipping Rates & Delivery Options

  • Standard Shipping: $10 USD (orders under $60)
  • Expedited Shipping: $20 USD

Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been processed and shipped.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Tracking updates typically appear within 24–48 hours
  • During peak periods, tracking updates may be delayed

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates using the provided tracking link.


6. Delivery Responsibility & Liability

Once an order has been shipped:

  • It is handled by third-party shipping carriers
  • Delivery timelines are outside our direct control

Orders marked as “Delivered” by the carrier are considered successfully fulfilled.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Ensuring the shipping address is correct
  • Monitoring tracking updates
  • Contacting the carrier for delivery-related issues

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Molly Lanee is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once shipped.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located:

  • Please contact the shipping carrier directly

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Retain all packaging materials
  • File a claim directly with the carrier

8. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refund
  • We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address details
