Items are eligible for return within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be accepted, all items must meet our “Pristine Condition” standards:

Items must be in original condition, free from perfume, deodorant, smoke, or detergent scents

Items must be free of makeup, fake tan, or any visible marks

📦 Original Packaging
Items must be returned in original protective packaging

2. Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

For hygiene and clearance reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

Products marked as “FINAL SALE” or purchased from the sale/clearance section

🧼 Hygiene-Sensitive Products
Including intimates, bodysuits, and jewelry/accessories

Returns sent to the wrong address (including our office address) will not be processed or refunded.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

4. Delivery & Liability Notice

📦 Orders marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier are considered successfully fulfilled.

Claims of non-receipt after confirmed delivery may be declined. Customers are responsible for contacting the carrier for delivery issues.

5. Abuse & Protection Policy

To protect against misuse:

  • Returns that do not meet our policy may be rejected
  • Excessive returns or suspicious activity may result in refund refusal or account restriction
